• 采用國外先進獨特的穿透加熱成型工藝，設置高壓引風機吸料，穿透力強，粘接性好，用汽少，成型快，含水量低，保證產品內外一致。

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

• 1.The chine is welded by high-quality shape steel and treated in an effective therl way which can bring a high strength,on-defortion and high resistance to the ensive force from high-density products.

• 2.The chine is controlled by PLC full computer touch screen displayer which can realize a full autic cycle operation of mounld opening,mould closing,terial feeding,heating,heat preserving,vacuum cooling,demoulding and extruding-out of finished products.

• 3.The suce of the  mould is de of special aluminum alloy which can realize a high effciency of heat conduction,favorable tensile strength and long service life.

• 4.The chine is integreated with overseas advanced and special penetrating and heating techniques for shaping,and a high pressure suction fan for aterial feeding,cooling with a strong penetrability,favorable adhesivity,low consuption of ste,high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the unifomity of inside and outside of the product.
