產品介紹
機器采用優質型鋼接焊而成，并經過時效熱處理，使機器強度高，不變形，能承受高密度制品的膨脹力。
機器采用PLC全電腦觸摸式顯示熒屏控制，使機器的開模、合模、上料、加熱、保溫、真空、脫模頂出成品，實現全自化循環作業。
機器模腔表面采用特制鋁合金主板，熱傳導效率高，抗拉強度好，壽命長。
機器采用高效率真空泵裝置，穿透力強，粘接性好，用汽少，成型速度快，含水量低，能保證加厚泡塑板的內外一致性，生產效率成倍增長。
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1.The chine is welded with high quality steel and processed by ageing heat treatment.Therefore,it has the feature of high strength and non-defortion,and can endure the eansive force of high density products.
2. The chine uses the control of full-computerized touch type display.Therefore,its mould opening,mould closing,loading,heating,therl insulating,vacuum cooling,mould releasing to push out the product can achieve full-auto cycle operation.
3.The suce of chine mould cavity uses a special aluminum alloy in plate.It has high heat conductivity,high tensile strength and long life.
4.The mchine uses high effcient vacuum pump cooling device.It has strong penetration force,good viscosity,less ste consumption,high moulding speed,and low water content,which can ensure the consistency bet ween the inside and outside of fo plate and multiply the productivity.
