• 機器采用全封閉式不銹鋼桶恒壓力發泡，熱效率高節約蒸汽，縮短熟化過程，發泡效率高。機器采用名牌優質氣動元件，質量可靠，操作方便，保證溫度的精確控制，便發泡的珠粒、密度均勻。

• 采用不銹鋼板制作而成，結構好，便于維修，調整進料，以達到所需求顆粒容量。140型可分別進行一次發泡和二次發泡。
