產品介紹
采用優質型鋼接焊而成，并經過時效熱處理，強度高，不變形，能承受高密度制品的膨脹力。
機器模腔表面采用特制鋁合金主板，熱傳導效率高，抗拉強度好，壽命長。
機器采用國外先進獨特的穿透加熱成型工藝，設置變壓鼓風機吸料，穿透力強，粘接性好，用汽少，成型快，含水量低，保證產品內外一致。
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1.Ince this chine is de of high quality profiled bars under the timely heat treatment,so it can bear eansibility of hight-consistency products whithout transmulation and have a high-intensity.
2.The chine mould antrum is de of special ainico in plate with good efficiency for high heat exchange,top class anti-extension and can be use for a long time.
3.It adopted the advanced intertional technice of penetrate heating and moulding with the transformer fan to king the terials out,cooling caused good penetrability and joint,the hing speed to molding,to guarantee the consistency both inside and outside of the plant,so the productivity increased geminated.
